Do you offer meal kits from specific Japanese restaurants?

Yes, we partner with various Japanese restaurants across the USA to offer authentic meal kits. Each meal kit is carefully curated to bring the flavors of Japan directly to your doorstep.

Do you sell other products besides meal kits?

In addition to meal kits, we also offer a selection of handcrafted items sourced directly from Japanese manufacturers. These items encompass traditional craftsmanship and cultural significance, providing customers with unique pieces to enhance their homes or collections.

Do you offer wholesale options for businesses?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally or only within the USA?

We currently ship nationwide within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location within the USA and from whichever restaurant location you're buying from. Generally, every restaurant has 2 ship-out days in a week, and shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.
