Ramen Kings' Wasabi Shoyu Ramen

Experience a tantalizing fusion of flavors with our Wasabi Shoyu Ramen, where the boldness of soy sauce meets the exhilarating kick of wasabi. Our savory broth invigorates each slurp, embracing tender noodles and a medley of toppings. Crowned with golden shrimp tempura, delicately sliced scallions, kikurage mushrooms, sun-dried bamboo shoots, and naruto fish cakes, this bowl is a symphony of Japanese culinary mastery.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp Tempura: 2 pcs
  • Kikurage (Wood-ear Mushrooms): 15g
  • Menma (Bamboo Shoots): 50g
  • Naruto: 2 pcs
  • Scallions: 15g
  • Noodles: 148g
  • Soup: 360ml
  • Soy Sauce Tare: 30ml
  • Wasabi Tare: 15ml

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Shrimp Tempura: Bake shrimp tempura in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or fry for 3 minutes until crispy.



  2. Boil Soup: Pour the soup pouch into a pot and boil thoroughly.



  3. Cook Noodles: Boil a separate pot of water for the noodles. Cook gently for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then strain.



  4. Assemble Ramen: Pour the soup, soy sauce tare, and noodles into your favorite bowl.



  5. Add Toppings: Garnish with wasabi oil, menma, kikurage, scallions, naruto, and shrimp tempura as desired.



  6. Enjoy! Itadakimasu!



How to Store Food:

  • Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, remove the packaging and place it immediately in the fridge
  • Soup is best kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
  • Scallions, menma, and kikurage can be kept refrigerated for 3 days
  • Noodles are best kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 1 month
  • Do not freeze vegetables
