Indulge in the fiery allure of Shin-Sen-Gumi's Spicy Hakata Ramen, a tantalizing twist on our classic Hakata ramen (tonkotsu). Infused with a spicy miso blend, this savory delight is served with thin noodles for an authentic Japanese dining experience that ignites the senses.

Ingredients:

• Noodle: Wheat flour, water, cornstarch, kansui (potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate), wheat gluten, propylene glycol, dried egg white powder, emulsifier (sorbitol, canola oil, soy lecithin, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, ascorbyl palmitate), salt, dough conditioner, calcium oxide.
• Soup: Water, pork, ginger, garlic, MSG, Hi-me, salt, brown sugar, light soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, soy sauce, dou ban jyan, soybean oil, green onion, miso, red pepper powder, sesame oil, sake, hot pepper paste, oyster sauce, leek, egg, chili pepper powder mix.
• Chashu: Pork, soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, salt, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, monosodium glutamate.
• Ginger: Ginger, water, acetic acid, citric acid, malic acid, potassium sorbate preservative.
  
  
  

Instructions:

1. Bring water to a rolling boil and add the soup packet, simmer for about 5 minutes.
2. In another pot, boil water and cook noodles to your preferred texture.
3. Strain and shake the noodles vigorously to remove excess water.
4. Pour the hot soup into a bowl.
5. Add noodles to the hot soup, garnish with Chashu Pork and Red Ginger.
6. Customize the noodle texture according to your preference.

How to Store Food:

• The kit ships frozen with ice packs.
• It may thaw in transit, but upon arrival, promptly store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
• It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
