Pork bone based soup with soybean and thick wavy egg noodle with chashu pork, corn, bean sprout, ground pork, egg, sesame, kikurage, scallion, Red Chill powder
① Boil the water for noodles.
② In a separate pot, bring the soup and bean sprout to a boiling point.
③ Gently separate the noodles and put them inside boiling water for 4 minutes while stirring them from time to time.
④ After 4 minutes, discard the water.
⑤ Put ② and noodles together while adding additional toppings on top.
