・All fish are to be stored in freezer, and thawed in a refrigerator for 8 hours prior to consumption. Fish should be consumed within 7 days after receipt and within 24 hours after thawing. More premium grade fish of Buefin Toro can only be stored in freezer for an addition 3 days before discoloration begins. Best to consume within 48 hours of receipt. Certain fish like ikura, made and shima-aji can be consumed 3 days after thawing.
・Vegetables and avocado should be stored in refrigerator while dry products like rice, vinegar and sesame seeds can be stored outside.
