Each kit comes with everything you need, including fish, rice, produce, nori, soy sauce, and wasabi to start making your favorite MakiMaki recipes at home.

All kits include:

・Dry rice and vinegar along with directions to make the perfect fluffy sushi rice

・Veggies to pair with fish: avocado, cucumber, scallion, shiso, etc

・Full sheets of seaweed (except sashimi kit), soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger

・Rice spatula and rolling mat (except sashimi kit)

・Pairing cheat sheet along with recipe cards

・Textured gloves (so the rice doesn’t stick)

all kits include instructional sheets and tutorials. It is designed to be simple-to-make for the average consumer.

・All fish are to be stored in the freezer, and thawed in a refrigerator for 8 hours prior to consumption. Fish should be consumed within 7 days after receipt and within 24 hours after thawing. More premium-grade fish of Bluefin Toro can only be stored in the freezer for an additional 3 days before discoloration begins. Best to consume within 48 hours of receipt. Certain fish like ikura, made and Shima-aji can be consumed 3 days after thawing.

・Vegetables and avocado should be stored in the refrigerator while dry products like rice, vinegar, and sesame seeds can be stored outside.
