Broth：fish soy sauce, pork bone, pork skin, seaweed
Toppings：crispy onion, black bean sauce, garlic, scallions, wood ear mushroom, menma, and pork loin.
Boil 4 cups of water and add Ramen noodles. Cook for 4 minutes 20 seconds stirring occasionally. Remove noodles from the pot and drain. Longer cooking time for a softer texture.
(Please save the hot water for step 3)
Place noodles on a plate and mix with the Tsukemen Mix Sauce.
2. DIPPING SAUCE
In a second small pot, heat the Tsukemen Dipping Sauce to a boil. Transfer to a small bowl. Add 1/3 of the Scallion and all Crispy Onion into the Tsukemen Dipping Sauce.
Drop the Hot Topping Pouch (with Colored Sticker) into the water saved from cooking noodles, boil for 30 seconds.
Top the noodles with heated and cold toppings. Dip & Eat!
