Sushi Chef/ We incorporate a lot of robotics and an assembly line process to make sushi rolls affordable to the people. We focus on the 2 types of maki's, the cutup maki (8 pc) and the temaki handroll. Our handrolls are also patented where a thin film seperates the seaweed from the rice, always maintaining cripyness.
