Rooted in our commitment to serving the best ramen while safeguarding the planet, Shibikara, meaning spicy and numbing, defines our signature creation. We infuse our noodles and rich Hokkaido broth with hot chili oil and Sichuan pepper, creating a symphony of flavors that tantalize the taste buds. Topped with plant-based minced meat, bean sprouts, scallions, and more, this heartwarming ramen is sure to leave you exhilarated.
Ingredients:
- Bean Sprouts: 70g
- Scallions: 15g
- Noodles: 148g
- Soup: 450ml
- Ground Ginger: 5g
- Fried Garlic: 2g
- Sichuan Pepper: 5g
- Chili Oil (Ra-yu): 20ml
Instructions:

Heat Soup and Bean Sprouts: Place the sealed soup pouch and bean sprouts in boiling water for 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Boil Noodles: While waiting, boil a separate pot of water for the noodles. Boil and stir the noodles gently for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Then, remove and strain.

Prepare Soup: Once heated thoroughly, remove the soup pouch using tongs. Be cautious as it will be very hot. Using scissors, cut the pouch and pour it into your preferred ramen bowl.

Add Ingredients: Add noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, ginger, fried garlic, Sichuan pepper, and chili oil to the bowl.

How to Store Food:
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, remove the packaging and place it immediately in the fridge
- Vegetables may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
- Miso broth is best kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
- Noodles are best kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
- Do not freeze vegetables
- Scallions and bean sprouts can be kept refrigerated for 3 days.
