Slow-cooked for 20 hours in our special homemade sauce, each bite of tender beef stew is a taste of perfection. Paired with comforting miso soup, a refreshing salad with homemade dressing, and traditional Japanese pickles, this set offers a complete and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

• Beef Stew (B1)
• Green Onion (B2)
• Cooked Carrot (B3)
• Marinated Carrot, Cucumber, and Eggplant (B4)
• Sauce (B5)

Instructions:

• Beef Stew:
  • Place green onion (B2) on top of beef stew (B1).
  • Sauce (B5) is for the beef stew.
  • Thaw for 5 minutes or microwave for 30-45 minutes.
• Rice:
  • Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, then sprinkle furikake over the rice for added flavor.
• Soup:
  • Dissolve the paste (M1) in 8 oz of hot water, then add tofu (M2) and dried seaweed (M3).
• Salad:
  • Pour the salad dressing (S2) over the salad (S1).

How to Store Food:

• The Grubbies set will be shipped frozen with dry ice.
• Upon arrival, refrigerate or freeze the items immediately to maintain freshness.
• Items can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for salads, eggs, and condiments, while all other items can last for up to a week.
• Dry condiments and miso paste do not require refrigeration.
• Items can be frozen for up to 1 month upon arrival, excluding certain items like salads, eggs, and condiments.
