Our gluten-free tofu noodles dance in a creamy miso-flavored stock, creating a bowl of warmth and comfort. Topped with fresh baby tomatoes, sweet corn, leafy greens, and three delectable tofu one-biters, each spoonful is a celebration of Hokkaido's culinary spirit.
Ingredients:
- Salad Mix: 40g
- Tofu Nuggets: 3 pcs
- Baby Tomatoes: 3 pcs
- Sweet Corn: 45g
- Soy Milk: 100ml
- Tofu Gluten-Free Noodles: 270g
- Garlic Oil: 15ml
- Jiro Miso: 50g
Instructions:

Prepare Soup: In a small pot, pour the soup bag, add 200ml water, and boil.

Cook Tofu Noodles and Nuggets: While the soup heats, boil a separate pot of water for the tofu noodles and tofu nuggets. Once hot, strain and set aside on a plate.

Assemble Ramen: Pour the creamy soup into a bowl. Add tofu noodles, tofu nuggets, salad mix, baby tomatoes, sweet corn, and drizzle with garlic oil.

How to Store Food:
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, remove the packaging and place it immediately in the fridge

- Soy milk and miso are best kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
- Tofu nuggets and noodles are best kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
- Do not freeze vegetables or soy milk
- Sweet corn, tomato, and salad mix can be kept refrigerated for 3 days.
