Ingredients:

• Chicken Thigh (Boneless)
• Soy Sauce
• Mirin
• Sugar
• Black Pepper
• Ground Ginger
• Ground Garlic
• Starch

Instructions/Storage:

• Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge (or Freezer)
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or frozen up to 2 weeks.

To Serve:

1. Thaw Overnight: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
2. Preheat Oil: Preheat oil to 300°F.
