Ramen Kings' Sapporo Miso Tsukemen

Location: Queens, NY

Experience the champion-exclusive Vegetarian Ramen brought to you by Ramen Kings in collaboration with Champions of JAPANFes Ramen Contest, one of the biggest Ramen Contests in the US. Our mission at Ramen Kings is simple: to serve the best ramen while also preserving the planet. Our Sapporo Miso Tsukemen features a homemade Hokkaido miso sauce that enriches our soy sauce broth, creating a flavorful base for dipping starchy noodles. Dive into this immersive experience, complemented by plant-based minced meat, crisp scallions, sun-dried menma bamboo shoots, and nori seaweed.

Ingredients:

  • Bean Sprouts: 70g
  • Scallions: 15g
  • Menma (Bamboo Shoots): 50g
  • Seaweed: 2 pcs
  • Noodles: 148g
  • Soup: 450ml
  • Fried Garlic: 2g

Instructions:

  1. Heat Soup and Bean Sprouts: Place the sealed soup pouch and bean sprouts in boiling water for 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

  2. Boil Noodles: While waiting, boil a separate pot of water for the noodles. Boil and stir the noodles gently for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Then, remove and strain.

  3. Prepare Soup: Once heated thoroughly, remove the soup pouch using tongs. Be cautious as it will be very hot. Using scissors, cut the pouch and pour it into your preferred ramen bowl.

  4. Serve Noodles and Soup Separately: Add noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, menma, and fried garlic to the bowl.

  5. Enjoy! 🍜
